Build Self-Supporting Community With Affordable Housing

Help turn renters into potential homeowners by teaching the value of homeownership and community responsibility.

Generational Wealth

By teaching the value of homeownership and community responsibility, our program will also be designed to teach about creating generational wealth.

Social and Recreational

Provide social and recreational programs, as well as contribute to general community revitalization.

Educational

Services For Our Residents

Resource Services

Resource services are available to Elmer Williams Square Residents via the Delta Service Education Foundation (DSEF).   

DSEF has served residents by conducting needs assessment surveys to craft the appropriate resource clearinghouse to meet their needs.
