A beacon for those in search of housing, Elmer Williams Square emerged as a way to accomplish affordable, safe housing for families in the East End of Pittsburgh.
Help turn renters into potential homeowners by teaching the value of homeownership and community responsibility.
By teaching the value of homeownership and community responsibility, our program will also be designed to teach about creating generational wealth.
Provide social and recreational programs, as well as contribute to general community revitalization.

Resource services are available to Elmer Williams Square Residents via the Delta Service Education Foundation (DSEF).
DSEF has served residents by conducting needs assessment surveys to craft the appropriate resource clearinghouse to meet their needs.
